The recreated Regiment du Guyenne relives those great battles against overwhelming odds. Open to all who have a love of French History. Regiment Guyenne again walks the paths of time! We are currently headquartered in the Illinois Country (Les pays des Illinois) just East of St Louis MO.

August 2007

GE II is over and fall season begins with KoKoMah on the 15th of Sept.

January 2007

The 2007 campagin season is here and the schedule is available. With the GEC #3 coming up this year at Crown Point NY the big Eastern event for the group looks to be in August with the remaining events regional to the St Louis area. KoKoMah is on the agenda while Theatiki has been dropped this year in favor of a period trek at as yet undecided location.

December 2005, & Janurary 2006

The 2006 campagin season is just around the corner and the new schedule is available. The unit newsletter will also be out by mid month with the secretaries report for 2005.

October 2005

The unit gets its not for Profit status recognized by the State of Illinois! - Next step 501c application...

August 2005

Added background on typical tools carried by soldats in the field.

May 2005

Just added the Soldat Roster listing around 230 names of Guyenne troops present in Canada around the 1755 time frame thanks to the effort of Larry Roux.

November 2004

Notable recreated battles we have participated in recently
